When the time comes to remove a team member from your roster, their status needs to be deactivated and changed to that of a Past Team Member.
To do that is as easy. Follow these quick steps:
As an admin...
- Log into your Weekly Report
- Click on "My Company"
- Click on "See All Team members"
- Select "Edit" next to the team member
- Select "Deactivate Account"
When done, you will still see the team member on the roster, but they will be in the lower section labeled "Past Team Members".
